Martial arts - Allkampf-jitsu

Allkampf-Jitsu (AKJ) is a modern martial art using sophisticated Asian fighting techniques. It is a self-defense system that uses punches, kicks, body bends, throwing and prying, standing and ground combat to repel any attack in order to protect the defender's health or property.

Course curriculum
- Health and safety
- basic self-defense habits (communication with the attacker, posture, basic strikes, kicks, rescue from grips, practice of falls, basics of prying, defeats)
Advanced:
- Health and safety
- practice of kihon elements (combination, kata)
- AKJ techniques and their applications
- preparation for fighting (sport fight AKJ)
- increasing mental and physical resilience
- fight with own weapon, improvised weapons
Work placements
Aims
Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
Compensation for missed and unexcused hours always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other possibilities of compensation are in block teaching, at courses and at CESA sports events (eg Christmas games, Sports Day, one-off weekend educational events).
