Game and training lessons for all performance levels, for men and women. Introduction to basic game skills, technique and tactics of the game. Simple game combinations.

Learning outcomes of the course unit

Implementation in the chosen sport, creation of a positive relationship to physical activities, acquisition and development of basic game skills, techniques, simple game combinations and game tactics.

Prerequisites

Knowledge and skills at the secondary school level of the subject physical education.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Group lessons (30% training and improvement of individual game activities + 60% play + 10% warm-up stretching).
P = Advanced - lessons designed for advanced players, development of basic game activities in the game according to the rules
R, K = recreational - fitness game hours without performance discrimination with the aim of developing versatility and fitness
V = selection - hours intended for performance players and preparation of BUT representation for academic competitions

COURSES - extension activity in cooperation with VSK VUT Brno

SPORTS REPRESENTATION - those interested in the school's sports representation in the system of university championships must contact the sports guarantor and can participate in joint training in advanced classes (P) or in specially focused recruitment classes at the beginning of the semester (V)

TOURNAMENTS AND EVENTS - Christmas games, Sports Day, etc. (suitable for compensation for missed classes)

Assesment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes

Credit on the basis of active participation at lessons, ie regular attendance with records in the attendance list; 2 unexcused participations are allowed).

Lesson 1 - Occupational Safety and Health, curriculum, credit conditions, accompanying program; own teaching
o One-on-one game (1/1)
o One-on-one (1/1) game in game exercises
 Game 1/1 from outside space from the point of view of the attacking player
 Game 1/1 from the inside from the point of view of the attacking player
 Game 1/1 from outside the point of view of the defending player
 Game 1/1 from the inside from the point of view of the defending player

 Combinations based on the "Throw and Run" action
 Combinations based on renumbering
 Situation 2-1, 3-2
 End of rapid counterattack
 Combinations based on screening

Aims

Mastering the basic game activities of basketball and games.

Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences

Regular attendance with registration in the attendance list, 2 unexcused absences are allowed, apologies orally for absences in advance directly in class or by email in advance, but no later than 24.0 hours after the date of class.
Compensation for missed and unexcused lessons always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other possibilities of compensation are in block teaching, at courses and at CESA sports events (eg Christmas games, Sports Day, one-off weekend educational events).
