Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a strengthening mainly with its own body weight and it is often possible to do without any tools and aids. The main goal is to understand the movements of one's body, its effective strengthening, strengthening and increasing endurance
Kalisthenics is primarily about gaining absolute control over your body - so learn to control the body perfectly, manage to engage exactly the right muscles during each exercise and thus make the most of their potential.
Introduction to calisthenics and its possibilities. Emphasis will be placed on the development of strength. However, due to how variable calisthenics is, the exercise can be adapted to the needs of all practitioners.
Each lesson will include warming up and prevention of possible injuries caused by overloading the musculoskeletal system.

Z = (beginners) - Gaining knowledge about the right techniques and the ability to strengthen only with your own body weight
P = (advanced) - Gaining new knowledge in both basic and more advanced exercises

Course curriculum
Exercises and their correct technique on the horizontal bar
Whole body training (preparation for more isolated trainings)
Upper body (mainly arms and chest), stack of exercises
Focus on shoulders and other upper body pressure exercises, preparation for handstands
Legs, center of body, explosive power of arms
Focus on back, handstands

Strengthening and strengthening the whole body
Increase in physical condition
Specification of controlled education, way of implementation and compensation for absences
Compensation for missed and unexcused hours always in agreement with the teacher directly in the specialization or in specific hours at the Machina Fit Center. The compensation is recorded in the attendance sheet or the teacher issues a written confirmation if the attendance sheet is not available.
Other possibilities of compensation are in block teaching, at courses and at CESA sports events (eg Christmas games, Sports Day, one-off weekend educational events).
