Indoor cycling

CESA-TV-ICEAcad. year: 2022/2023

Indoor cycling (spinning) is taught in the winter and summer semesters in group lessons under the guidance of licensed instructors. Students enroll according to the performance and the degree of mastery of stationary bicycle riding techniques (Z, P, MIX, S, S fit, S physio). Lesson, accompanied by music, is reminiscent of mountain biking, alternating between sitting and standing, fast and slow sections.
The whole teaching program is focused on the development of fitness for beginners and advanced. The size of the load is adapted to the condition of individual exercisers. Special lessons are prepared for people with low fitness and overweight, as well as for athletes in the form of fitness training.
Z = lessons for beginners who do not know the technique of riding a stationary bike and who have little or no condition;
MIX = lessons without performance discrimination (fitness), but with knowledge of stationary bike technique;
P = lessons for advanced technicians (at least a year of driving), physically fit and able to work in the fitness zone of the load (ie 70 - 90% HR max.);
S FIT = lessons for beginners with low fitness and excess weight, work with a load of 60-70% HRmax, advisory and consulting activities, reconditioning exercises, lessons suitable for beginners "on the comfort" and return to fitness;
S FYZIO = lessons on fitness development and work with your own body (30 minutes of compensatory and strength training + 30 minutes of indoor cycling in medium load);
VČA = leisure activities for students and the public (registration via online booking, payment according to the current price list).
