Massage and regeneration 1

Subject massage and regeneration I. is mainly devoted to the practical training of classical massage. Each lesson (120 min.) is dedicated to one part of human body, where the student acquires knowledge of (functional) anatomy and physiology of tissues in this area. They will get to know the most common disorders associated with overloading the area and subsequent relaxation training using classical massage and regeneration of these tissues.. Additional knowledge that is important for the application of massages (such as hygiene and ethics) is part of a short theoretical introduction of each lesson.

• Slippers - required!
• Large towel - required!
• Replacement clothing - recommended (we work with oil and emulsions)
• Small towel - recommended
• personal oil / emulsion - only if you prefer a brand or product or if you have skin hypersensitivity
• Pillow – recommended
• blanket – recommended for winter

Náhrada zameškaných a neomluvených hodin vždy po dohodě s vyučujícím přímo v dané specializaci nebo ve vymezených hodinách na Fit centru Machina. O náhradě se provádí záznam do prezenčního archu nebo vyučující vystavuje písemné potvrzení, pokud není k dispozici prezenční arch.
Další možnosti náhrady jsou v blokové výuce, na kurzech a na sportovních akcích CESA (např. Vánoční hry, Den sportu, jednorázové víkendové vzdělávací akce).
