Fitness - Tabata

It is the same for the winter and summer semesters.
Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which is based on 20-second sections, which take place in high intensity with as many repetitions as possible. This is followed by 10 seconds of resting the body. He systematically exercises individual muscle groups. TABATA focuses on problem areas, which are most often the buttocks, abdomen, legs. Training can also be focused on the so-called "full body", which is mainly about improving the overall condition.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

Credit on the basis of active participation at lessons, ie regular attendance with records in the attendance list; 2 unexcused participations are allowed).
Regular participation in lessons in the form of a attendance list. 2 unexcused participations allowed. Others can be replaced in other classes of bodystyling, BOSU, or aerobics.

Aims

The aim is to increase the overall physical condition and improve breathing during heavy exercise. Another effect of exercise is usually the reduction of fat mass of some problem parts.
