Scooters cycle

This course is intended for all students who are interested in getting acquainted with riding a scooter as a compensatory method for back pain, to strengthen the muscles of the lower limbs and to develop fitness.
The lessons will take place on their own scooters (ideally the size of the bikes 26 and 20 or 28 and 20) or it is possible for those interested to arrange the rental of Kostka scooters.
Teaching will focus on the correct technique of cycling and fitness development and will take place in the form of three Friday rides from 13:30 to 17:30 in the following terms:
• 8. 10. 2021 - Brno and surroundings
• 15. 10. 2021 - Pálava and surroundings
• October 22, 2021 - A ride by mutual agreement
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, THE TEACHING WILL TAKE PLACE on an alternative date.
• An alternative date in case of bad weather will be agreed upon at an information meeting
Composition of the cycle lesson:
- heating and stretching by dynamic stretching.
- the main part of the training unit (training of riding technique, riding on bike paths and in the field, relaxation)
- stretching by static stretching.

It is necessary to have your own scooter with large wheels (ideally size 26 and 20 or 28 and 20) or we can help you arrange the rental or purchase (-30%) of Kostka scooters.

Technique ride on a scooter at different speeds and terrain with an emphasis on compensation sedentary lifestyle and fitness development.
